Adaptogen’s- Stress’s Natural Enemy

If you are anything like me you may have found yourself, more times than you would like to admit, searching google with phrases like- “How to cure anxiety naturally?” “What supplements help with anxiety?” “How the F*** do I get rid of my God D*** anxiety?!?”

Ashwagandha- While I can go on and on about how this adaptogen has significantly helped my PMDD, it is also scientifically shown to reduce stress. Scientists conducted clinical study where subjects were given either a dosage of Aswagandha while other receive placebo pills. Participants given the herb stated they noticeably felt less anxious, depressed, and slept better. And it wasn’t just in their heads. scientists also collected blood samples and saw a consistent drop in cortisol levels across the board for those taking the supplement.
